His deep real estate expertise and technical insight, gained through years advising real estate groups on technology adoption and optimising workflows, position him uniquely at the centre of the industry’s digital transformation.

Proven track record building strategic partnerships across global markets, including South Africa, UAE and U.S.

David founded after nearly a decade working with global real estate organisations, gaining first-hand insight into fragmented workflows, poor software adoption, and limited visibility into how teams use technology day to day.

Previously CTO at PropTech firm BidX1, Mark led platform development across five countries, supporting international expansion and complex enterprise deployments. He later founded Leacam, an IT services and cybersecurity firm focused on enterprise-grade cloud solutions.
