David facilitated the market entry of Irish PropTech firms BidX1 and Offr into South Africa, establishing product–market fit and operations, leading GTM execution, and building strategic partnerships.

His deep real estate domain expertise and technical insight, gained through years advising real estate groups on technology and workflows, uniquely position him at the centre of the industry’s digital transformation.

Track record building partnerships across global markets, including South Africa, UAE and U.S.

David founded Elinx after gaining firsthand insight into the challenges real estate groups face when adopting technology, including fragmented workflows, poor software adoption, and limited visibility into how work is actually performed.

Mark Darcy

CTO & Co-Founder, Elinx

Mark Darcy is a seasoned technology leader with a proven track record scaling enterprise platforms and delivering large-scale SaaS solutions across multiple markets. He specialises in designing secure, scalable cloud architecture for real estate and SME environments, aligning technology delivery with measurable business outcomes.

Previously CTO at PropTech firm BidX1, Mark led platform development across five countries, supporting international expansion and complex enterprise deployments. He later founded Leacam, an IT services and cybersecurity firm focused on enterprise-grade cloud solutions.

As CTO and Co-Founder of Elinx, Mark is responsible for platform architecture, scalability, and security, ensuring the delivery of a robust, data-driven workforce intelligence platform built for real-world enterprise use.
