His deep real estate domain expertise and technical insight, gained through years advising real estate groups on technology and workflows, uniquely position him at the centre of the industry’s digital transformation.

Track record building partnerships across global markets, including South Africa, UAE and U.S.

David founded Elinx after gaining firsthand insight into the challenges real estate groups face when adopting technology, including fragmented workflows, poor software adoption, and limited visibility into how work is actually performed.
